Classify
We classify feedback as false positive, missed signal, unclear explanation, unusable correction, technical issue or out-of-scope request. Risks to people and false accusations take priority.
Verify
A rule change requires a reproducible case, a counterexample, a taxonomy check and a regression test. Human disagreements are retained.
Correct publicly
A material correction states its version, date, scope and limit. A false result is not erased silently. A harmful mechanism is suspended once confirmed.
